The Bakhtiari tribes people of the rugged Zagros Mountains are famed for their lustrous, deep-toned antique tribal carpets displaying grand scale, cornucopian designs. That style along with the rugs individuality, sincerity, and strength are what truly give it character. In addition, its series of square-shaped compartments and latticework are beautiful remnants of its history.
