Warm tan ground with ruby red, rose, soft brown, pale celadon and ivory motifs. The axial design features a magnificent floral medallion with pendants and elaborate cornerpieces. This rug brims with arabesque shapes of floral vines, palmettes and arcing leaves. The composition is framed by multiple tiers of floral borders and guards. A lovely antique Khorassan from northeastern Iran.
