Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping is via Federal Express, UPS, or common carrier. All items shipped FOB destination. Title for goods passes on receipt. The receiver is responsible for all taxes and duties on international shipments.
You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 14 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, or items are missing please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.
30-DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY
The item to be returned must be postmarked within 30 days of the date purchased.
You will receive full exchange credit, less a restocking fee of 25% of the online purchase price and shipping charges, toward your new item.
All returns and exchanges must be received in the same showroom condition as when they were purchased.

Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice.
Ship Fedex or UPS. Please insure your package.
We'll process your return within 3 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. We'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.
No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Rugs
Mehraban Rugs will not accept any return or exchange for customized rugs, rug pads and sale items.
